What is a spiritual advisor?

Your healing journey is unique to you. Yet, we all share similar experiences as we learn to heal our hearts from the inside out. A Spiritual Advisor is a person who has walked in your shoes and who understands the inner journey required to heal the Soul. 

The healing journey can be similar to that of the Hero's Journey of ancient myths, a transformational trek through the deepest inner terrain of our Souls. A Spiritual Advisor becomes the Guide who humbly stands with you, holds space for you, and supports you as you both navigate the inner terrain of your Being. While healing is an inside job, you do not have to walk this path alone. Working with a Spiritual Advisor is like having a trusted mentor guiding you every step of the way.

A Spiritual Advisor can serve as a compassionate witness to your healing journey, offering guidance, encouragement, and perspective as you navigate your path to growth and transformation. By holding space for your experiences without judgment, they help you uncover your inner wisdom, empowering you to embrace your authentic self and align with your soul's purpose. 

A Spiritual Advisor can help you reclaim the divine power of your Soul — revealing that your own body holds the wisdom you seek. As you do the inner work, you begin to identify the energy blocks that are holding you back, preventing you from embodying your true purpose. 

A Spiritual Advisor will listen without judgement, and lovingly hold space for you when acknowledging, clearing, and healing deeply held traumas in your energetic body.

A Spiritual Advisor will offer guidance and additional energy support to help integrate the profound shifts that come with a deeper sense of self-awareness. As you become more aware of your Spirit and how the Universe operates, you begin to unravel the REAL YOU who has been hiding in plain sight all along.

A Spiritual Advisor will always inspire and empower you by providing accessible tools that help you navigate your wellness journey with ACCEPTANCE, GRACE, and LOVE. 

A Spiritual Advisor can be a professional healthcare provider, a life-coach, a holistic practitioner, or someone within your own support network. Regardless of who you work with, the guidance you receive should be beneficial, positive, and productive; and should be done with the highest integrity, reverence, truth, and wisdom to help you achieve your wellness goals.  

There are no right or wrong answers here. Every person’s wellness journey is different. Working with a Spiritual Advisor is most certainly a personal choice, and may not be the most suitable approach for some folks. A Spiritual Advisor can also be a valuable resource when you seek a fresh perspective to gain a deeper understanding of your healing experiences.

I like to believe that intuition plays a key role in who you choose to work with and in what capacity. However, only you will know if this is the best support tool for you or not.

My clients often report that they have a better understanding of themselves and receive validation on what they are experiencing. Having that discussion around their healing experiences offers insights that help to release even more, leaving them with a deeper sense of peace and a lightness in their body, mind, and Spirit.

• Am I ready to raise my vibration, frequency and consciousness? If so, how does this look to me?
• How much effort am I willing to contribute to my own healing and well-being? 
• Am I ready to go deeper and do I need assistance? If so, how does this look to me?
• Will I benefit from working with a Spiritual Advisor? If so, what benefits do I expect to receive?
• Am I ready to let go of my old story? Am I ready to write a new story for my life going forward?
