THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A TEXT, TELEPHONE & ZOOM SESSIon

Reiki energy healing can be experienced through either TEXT, TELEPHONE or ZOOM. Each offering will provide a unique advantage and approach to these sessions. Regardless of what offering you choose, each method will deliver an effective Reiki energy healing to the recipient. So ultimately, the choice depends on your preference for communication and connection.

TEXT METHOD:

This involves written communication where I may send affirmations, guidance, or instructions both before and after the session. While the Reiki energy healing transfer is still effective, this method relies solely on the recipient's ability to focus and connect independently as there will be no communication during the session.  It is ideal for those who prefer a quiet, reflective experience. Texting via a cell phone or device is the preferred method. However, I do offer Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp as alternate options for those who reside outside of the USA.

• What to Expect: Allow yourself 5-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to get into a relaxed and comfortable position. I will send you a text at the start of your session and again when the session has been completed. After the session, I may send you another text detailing any insights, messages and/or after care instructions. 

TELEPHONE OPTION:

Through a telephone call, we will maintain verbal communication, allowing for real-time interaction throughout the entire session. This method blends the personal connection of voice with the convenience of distance, offering a sense of presence without needing visual engagement. This method is perfect for those who value a more interactive session without the technical video component. 

• What to Expect: You will call me  directly at the start of your appointment time. The session will start with a brief discussion about your intentions and any questions you may have. When I am ready to send the Reiki energies, I will invite you to get into a relaxed and comfortable position. Here you can choose either to discuss what you are experiencing as the healing is in process, or enjoy the healing in silence — either are acceptable. There will be time at the end for us to discuss any insights, messages and/or after care instructions. 

ZOOM OPTION:

ZOOM provides a video connection, creating a face-to-face virtual environment. This video option mimics an in-person session most closely, as I can better incorporate visual cues, hand movements, and offer guided meditation to enhance the healing experience. ZOOM video is perfect for those who value a more interactive and visually engaging session.

• What to Expect: This option will be very similar to the Telephone method. Instead you will join the ZOOM LINK at the start of your appointment time. The session will start with a brief discussion about your intentions and any questions you may have. When I am ready to send the Reiki energies, I will invite you to get into a relaxed and comfortable position. Here you can choose either to discuss what you are experiencing as the healing is in process, or enjoy the healing in silence — either are acceptable. There will be time at the end for us to discuss any insights, messages and/or after care instructions.
