I am Kimberly Lamaze and I am so excited that you are here.  First, let me acknowledge that I know your time is precious and your energy sacred. I am a Reiki Master, certified in the Usui Tibetan Reiki Tradition and hold an Energy Healing Certificate specializing in the 4-Pathway (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual) Discipline. I have learned various holistic energy healing techniques that when applied will promote balance, shift energetic obstacles, and support the body’s own natural healing processes. In addition, I have studied self-healing techniques that are both practical and simple. 

These healing techniques are essential when working on others as a practitioner, and equally as powerful when doing the work on one's self. This can become even more pronounced during a spiritual awakening, as we are divinely called to heal energetic wounds and journey deep into the wisdom of our hearts to undergo profound self-transformation. 

My own spiritual awakening was both beautiful and extremely intense. Along my path, I was lucky to have worked with some amazing intuitive healers and teachers. With their support, I did the essential inner work to heal my wounds and embrace a deeper sense of my inner truth. Now I am thrilled to share my spiritual wisdom to empower others to do the same for themselves. 

Over the past four years as an intuitive Reiki energy healer, I have found that there is nothing more rewarding than to selflessly hold sacred space for another person on their journey towards spiritual growth and transformation.  This has become my true purpose, my soulful passion to inspire others to bravely heal themselves and to courageously call back their divine power — ultimately, reclaiming their wholeness and embracing their true authentic selves. 

You will quickly learn that I live in a perpetual state of heartfelt gratitude for everything in our world. I am deeply grateful for not only the good stuff, but mostly for the not-so good stuff. This is where we find the golden nuggets of our lives as we are challenged to grow and expand our awareness. I especially love to notice the little things in life and perceive these as gifts from the Universe. Our Helper Guides touching us with beautiful bursts of joy, a subtle reward for becoming more self-aware and self-realized. 

The best part is that anyone can do this!!! All you need is an open heart to see the breathtaking beauty that surrounds you every moment of every single day.
