THE STILL POINT SESSION

Give Yourself 30-Minutes of Stillness

There are moments in life when what we need most is simply to be still. To stop holding everything together for everyone else and allow ourselves to be held.


You do not need a full afternoon. You do not need a special occasion. You simply need 30-minutes, a quiet space, and the willingness to receive.


A parked car on your lunch break. A wellness room between meetings. A quiet corner of your home before the day begins or ends. The Still Point Session meets you wherever you are, because healing doesn't require perfect conditions. It simply asks for your permission.


What Happens During a Still Point Session


15-minutes before we begin, I will send you a text message letting you know I am preparing to start. This is your time to settle into your space, silence distractions, and allow yourself to arrive. Find a quiet place where you can rest comfortably and be undisturbed for the duration of the session. Take a few slow breaths to bring your body into a relaxed state. There is nothing you need to do and nowhere you need to go. Simply give yourself permission to pause, receive, and be present with whatever unfolds. 


At your scheduled time, I enter the Sacred Forest, an energetic healing space where all of my work takes place. I prepare it entirely around you; your energy, your intention, and your highest good.


I begin with a full energetic scan unless you have asked me to focus on a specific area. Working with your whole energy body, I witness what wishes to be seen, support what is ready to shift, and bring the session to completion when the healing feels complete.


When our time concludes, I will text you a written account of what I experienced during the session, including the areas I worked with, any symbols or impressions that emerged, and any guidance I received on your behalf.


You are welcome to respond with questions, and I will answer them with care. This quiet written exchange carries its own intimacy. You receive it in your own time, in your own space, and often exactly when you are most open to receiving it. I will always follow up afterward to make sure you are being gentle with yourself, staying hydrated, and integrating any after care practices suited for your well-being.

  • Those who are unwell, resting, recovering, or with limited capacity for longer sessions

A Note on Receiving


The quality of your receptivity shapes the depth of your experience. This isn't about doing anything perfectly. It is simply about giving yourself permission to receive. And that act of permission is a form of healing in itself. 

 

One Last Note


Many clients notice that the experience begins long before the session starts. Once an intention is set and space is made for what is to come, subtle shifts can begin to unfold through dreams, emotions, insights, synchronicities, or a quiet sense of anticipation.


Whether you notice these changes immediately or not, I invite you to approach the days leading up to your session with curiosity and compassion. You may discover that the journey has already begun.
